Singapore Pools Welcomes New Deputy Chief
SINGAPORE – Singapore Pools (Private) Limited has appointed Mr Seah Chin Siong, as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer in October 2012.
Prior to Singapore Pools, Mr Seah was at the helm of IDA International, a subsidiary of the Singapore statutory board Infocomm Development Authority. As its founding CEO, he played an instrumental role in crystallizing IDA International’s mission and vision to help public agencies around the world harness infocomm-enabled capabilities for socio-economic outcomes.
Mr Seah brings with him many years of management consulting expertise as the former Managing Director of Accenture’s Public Service Operating Group for Asia-Pacific and Country Managing Director of Accenture Singapore. His 25-year experience spans across strategic planning, business development, change management and strategy formulation.
During his career, Mr Seah has worked with global clients in United States of America, Japan, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Mauritius as well as with governments in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.
Mr Seah currently serves on the board of Singapore Discovery Centre and the Finance & IT Committee of the Sentosa Leisure Group. He previously served as Board Member of Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and the Institute of Systems Science. He is also a Fellow at the Singapore Computer Society.
