APLA Regional Conference: New Horizons - Asia Pacific Lotteries Responding To A Changing World

An outstanding conference was hosted by New Zealand Lotteries at the Langham Hotel, Auckland from 9 to 12 November 2009 and was well attended by more than 140 participants from throughout the Asia Pacific region, as well as the USA, United Kingdom, West Indies and Canada.
