The Asia Pacific Lottery Association (APLA) is delighted to invite you to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for an insightful Workshop focusing on Marketing, Distribution, and Customer Communications. This exciting Workshop will take place from 27–30 May 2025 at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
Designed for both seasoned lottery professionals, middle managers and newcomers to the industry, this Workshop promises an enriching experience by blending expert insights with interactive sessions. It will also feature discussions on how a properly planned marketing strategy can help deliver long-term growth, a special approach to drive customer centricity in a lottery, and what is responsible advertising. A practice sharing on Responsible Gaming certification and gaming risk management will also be included in the program.
The event will bring together experienced speakers from across the Asia Pacific region and beyond, including our member operators and suppliers who will share their expertise, innovative strategies, and success stories.
